Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, including emergency situations.
- Circulate for cesarean deliveries and respond to obstetric emergencies with appropriate intervention.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications per protocol, and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel within the scope of practice.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn needs.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Experience in labor and delivery nursing is preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced obstetric care setting
