Civil Engineer, EIT - Land & Site Development

Assist internal, external, and stakeholder teams with completing construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projects Provide technical guidance and insight on project processes Represent Arcadis to external teams and stakeholders through effective communication, technical guidance, and project methodologies Organize project structures and processes, including staff planning, quality controls, design oversight, and project budgets Oversee and prepare construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients Ensure quality controls and professional standards are met Provide training, mentoring, and supervision to team members when necessary Motivate team members to meet goals and objectives Manage budgets for large projects or tasks Work on multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial site development and redevelopment projects Requirements EIT Civil Engineer with 3 or more years of experience in land and/or site development projects Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector, including single-site and municipal-type projects Experience developing construction documents for public sector clients, including cities, counties, and water districts Strong consulting skills, including project management and client relationship management at the senior management level Professional experience leading Civil Engineering Teams and building a cohesive project culture Proficiency developing project plans for intricate civil engineering challenges while maintaining budgetary constraints Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience with MicroStation considered an asset Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Civil Engineering with a focus on land and site development, including proficiency in developing construction documents and managing project budgets. Strong leadership and consulting skills are essential for guiding teams and maintaining client relationships in complex projects.
