Compensation 5-30 hours per week Hourly pay Responsibilities Schedule assessments, sessions, and client visits across your dedicated area. Have autonomy over scheduling and days worked. Travel to 1-2 facilities per day to meet with patients and perform assessments. Tele-health offered by facility preference. Submit weekly notes in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
