Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Evaluation Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct initial screenings and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client opportunities. Utilize effective interviewing techniques to thoroughly understand candidate experience and career aspirations. Candidate Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment and placement process. Provide guidance, support, and timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering insights and best practices to position them for success. Pipeline Management & Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and align candidate profiles with open positions. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases with accurate and comprehensive information. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate preparation processes. Strategic Contribution Contribute to the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies. Monitor industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement efforts. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant policies and regulations. Skill Sets Required / PreferredTechnical Skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software Strong command of virtual communication and collaboration tools Experience with online sourcing platforms and professional networking sites General technology proficiency relevant to a virtual administrative assistant role Soft Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High degree of empathy and active listening skills Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities Experience & Education 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and placing candidates. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
