Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an Event Marketing Associate to support in‑person marketing initiatives, promotional events, and brand experiences. This role focuses on bringing marketing campaigns to life through live events and direct audience engagement. The Event Marketing Associate will participate in event execution, communicate campaign messaging, interact with attendees, and help create a professional and engaging brand presence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands‑on environment, working with people, and contributing to marketing initiatives outside of a traditional office setting. Responsibilities Participate in the execution of live marketing events, promotional programs, and brand activations Represent company brands, products, and services during scheduled marketing events Engage with event attendees and communicate approved campaign messaging Provide clear information about featured products, services, and current initiatives Help create an engaging and professional experience for event attendees Support event setup, presentation, and breakdown as needed Assist with the organization and distribution of promotional materials Maintain an understanding of current campaigns, brand messaging, and event objectives Encourage audience participation and engagement during promotional activities Observe attendee responses and gather relevant feedback during events Share customer questions, feedback, and engagement trends with the marketing team Help maintain consistent brand presentation throughout each event Support demonstrations, presentations, and other interactive marketing activities when applicable Work collaboratively with event and marketing team members during live programs Assist with recording participation, engagement, and other basic event results Contribute ideas for improving future event experiences and audience engagement Participate in additional event marketing and promotional initiatives as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with a variety of people in an event environment Professional, personable, and confident representing a brand Strong attention to detail and ability to follow campaign guidelines Dependable and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Ability to adapt to different event settings and changing priorities Strong listening skills and ability to communicate information clearly Interest in event marketing, brand experiences, promotions, or consumer engagement Previous experience in events, marketing, promotions, hospitality, communications, or another customer‑facing environment is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Hands‑on experience with live marketing campaigns and events Exposure to brand activations and audience engagement Collaborative and team‑oriented work environment Opportunities to develop marketing, communication, and presentation skills Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Market Value Southwest
