Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience within school-based settings is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Proficiency with comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy planning
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services for students with a variety of needs
• Document progress and maintain complete student records
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student success strategies
