Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Content Manager to help take the LARICY brand to the next level.

This is a hands-on position for someone who understands social media, video, storytelling, branding, and digital marketing.

You'll work directly with Matt Laricy and the team to create content, execute marketing campaigns, promote listings, and continue growing one of Chicago's leading real estate brands.

What You'll Own

Social Media & Content

• Manage and execute our social media strategy.
• Develop engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish consistent content.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Video & Creative Production

• Coordinate video shoots and content production.
• Work with videographers and editors to produce high-quality content.
• Develop creative concepts for short-form videos, property tours, and brand storytelling.
• Help turn everyday real estate activity into compelling content.

Listings & Marketing Campaigns

• Coordinate marketing materials and campaigns for property listings.
• Ensure consistent branding across digital and print materials.
• Support marketing initiatives for our Chicago and suburban offices.

Email Marketing & Brand Development

• Help execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Identify creative opportunities to expand our audience and reach.
