Content & Community Coordinator The Content & Community Coordinator is a creative, social-first marketer responsible for bringing the Casablanca Bridal brand to life across digital platforms. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, this role will create engaging content, manage day-to-day social media execution, foster community engagement, support creator partnerships, and coordinate brand gifting initiatives that elevate brand awareness and customer connection. The ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while staying ahead of social trends and emerging platforms *Must work in Anaheim office 4x/week* Primary Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media– 75% Workingunderthe Global Marketing Manager, execute platform-first content that strengthens the Casablanca Bridal brand across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Capture photo and video content during photoshoots,markets, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and day-to-day brand activities. Create platform-native content tailored specifically for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social channels. Edit short-form video content using editing tools (CapCut,etc). Assistinmaintainingthe social content calendar and execute content according to campaign timelines (alongside The Edit agency to start) Organize andmaintaindigital content libraries for easy retrieval and future use. Monitor emerging platform trends, audio, creator formats, and best practices to continuously evolve content. Support content production for seasonal launches, campaigns, retailer initiatives, and brand moments. Community Engagement &UGC Management– 15% Cultivate meaningful relationships with the Casablanca Bridal community across all digital platforms. Actively engage with brides, retailers, creators, photographers, planners, media partners, and followers through comments, direct messages, and social interactions. Conduct proactive outreach toidentifyemerging creators and potential brand advocates. Monitor tagged content, user-generated content, and community conversations for reposting opportunities. Build relationships with aligned creators and industry partners to expand brand visibility. Support influencer communication and coordination throughout campaign execution. Assistin tracking creator deliverables andmaintainingrelationship records. Real Bride Content Management Develop andmaintaina robust library of Real Bride content to support ongoing marketing initiatives. Proactively source Real Bride galleries through outreach, social media, photographers, retailers, and direct submissions. Build andmaintaina comprehensive Real Bride content database. Organize and archive imagery withinBynderand Dropbox using consistent file naming. Collect andmaintainsigned photo release forms, usage rights, and photographer credits. Track approved usage permissions to ensure all content is properly documented before publication. Identifystandout Real Bride stories and imagery for social media, website, email, PR, retailer marketing, and campaign opportunities. Brand Gifting & Ambassador Programs– 10% Support thoughtful gifting initiatives that strengthen relationships with retailers, media, and brand advocates. B2C Coordinate gifting for influencers, editors, photographers, stylists, media partners, and real brides. Build andmaintainan ambassador gifting program that provides select creators with first access to collections, accessories, campaigns, and exclusive brand experiences. Manage gifting inventory, shipping, tracking, and follow-up communication. B2B Coordinate seasonal retailer gifting initiatives and branded marketing kits.
