Regional Director of Operations

Overseeing operations across multiple states, the full-time Regional Director of Operations will manage community activities, enhance resident satisfaction, and ensure financial goals are met while spending significant time at various communities and working from the corporate office. Key responsibilities: Direct and coordinate community operations to align with organizational goals and policies Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and community occupancy Manage and hold Executive Directors accountable for achieving community-specific objectives Required qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field At least five years of experience in a Senior Living leadership role with Sales/Operations responsibilities
