Controller

CV Resources is partnering with a well-established organization to identify a Controller who will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting and finance operations Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports Support annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Monitor internal controls and financial policies Support grant and contract accounting functions Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and reporting Maintain accounting systems and reporting tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes Experience with government, grant, nonprofit, educational, or public-sector accounting is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
