Epic Principal Trainer

Supporting clinical application training initiatives, the full-time Epic Principal Trainer will collaborate with senior trainers and cross-functional teams to develop curricula, assist in training delivery, and ensure readiness for system implementations in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Support Sr Principal Trainers in developing and maintaining role-based curricula and training materials Assist with training readiness activities, including environment validation and content reviews Participate in training delivery and provide support during instructor-led sessions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training Hands-on Epic experience in an operational, training, or support capacity Strong communication and organizational skills
