Epic Training Specialist — Path to Principal Trainer
Stryker Orthopaedics
Stryker Corporation is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer responsible for supporting clinical application training. This early-career role involves collaborating with Sr Principal Trainers to develop curricula, assist with training delivery, and ensure alignment with workflows. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in clinical informatics or related fields, and strong Epic experience. Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates must obtain Epic certification within the first 6-12 months.
