Groundskeeper - Memphis, TN 38120 Pay: $16-$17/hr | Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Start Date: ASAP | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Memphis, TN (38109) . - Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds
- Remove trash and debris from common areas and outdoor spaces
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep
- Power-wash walkways, breezeways, and building exteriors as needed
- Support maintenance staff with basic tasks when required
- Ensure the property always looks neat, safe, and resident-ready
- Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and pride in property appearance
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
