Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Compound medications as needed
• Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness, safety, and adherence
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in pharmacy operational duties, including inventory management and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice
