Key Accountabilities Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards Must have a Safety‑First mindset; leading the way to safe work environment. Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture Demonstrate strong leadership qualities Plan and direct daily operations including maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance Superintendent and Operations Superintendent Ensure cost effective metal recovery from available ore Provide detailed reports on variances and quality issues Coordinate asset management planning, shutdowns and preventative maintenance Budget all projects and monitor costs during implementation Maintain cost control and mill budget Coordinate performance management and reviews Interview, train and supervise personnel Requirements / Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenance Surface foreman certification Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred Degree in Mining/ Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering SAP Experience Benefits Benefits start on day 1 Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and retirement plan Access to Employee Assistance program Employee discounts for local attractions Yearly company performance bonus (As earned based on company yearly bonus program.
