Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 06:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 06:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 06:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 06:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, respectful, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of the shelter location, including common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting incidents and maintaining accurate activity logs. Communicate observations, incidents, and facility concerns to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
