We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Whether you have prior insurance experience or a strong sales background, we'll provide the training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and warm leads you need to succeed. This role offers a competitive hourly base salary, uncapped bonus opportunities, and a clear path to future leadership as an Agency Manager.

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience expected first year income between $50,000 - $70,000+

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on warm leads generated through agency marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals.
• Close new business and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience not required.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
