Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medications and assist with mobility and physical exercises.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Follow care plans and assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.

Requirements:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).

Previous experience in a home health or caregiving role preferred.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
