The role involves onboarding patients into our VCM (Virtual Care Management) program, and performing patient monitoring activities. While this role is primarily on‑site, remote work and work‑from‑home opportunities are available. How You Get Paid — 3 Buckets Contractors earn $22–$30/hour on average. Monthly paychecks typically range from $3000-$7000/month. Bucket 1 – Remote Patient Monitoring (70–95% of pay) Conduct scheduled virtual check‑ins with patients (weekly or monthly) to follow up on symptoms and medications Respond to software alerts when vital sign anomalies are detected (e.g., dangerously high blood pressure) The more efficiently you work, the more you earn Can be done from home (8 AM–5 PM) or on‑site Bucket 2 – Patient Enrollment (On‑Site) | $15 per enrolled patient Be present at the doctor's office at least 3 days/week to enroll patients in the RPM program When a patient comes in, you have ~10 minutes to introduce the program and walk them through enrollment Real‑time access to the patient schedule — you always know what your day looks like Submit your preferred on‑site days weeks in advance (3–5 days); the team schedules around your availability Bucket 3 – On‑Site Hourly Base | $7.25/hour Clock in/out during on‑site hours — covers commute time and gas During downtime between enrollments, continue remote monitoring from a dedicated contractor station — earning from all 3 buckets simultaneously Requirements CMA, CNA, or LPN Certification Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience in Medical Office procedures Experience in taking vital sign and weight measures Proficiency in managing Medical Records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Experience with virtual care technologies is a plus Hybrid role: A minimum of 3 days onsite, remaining time remote Flexibility with scheduling on-site Performance‑driven: The # of patients monitored & work you complete will determine how much money you can make (there is no cap) This is a 1099 contractor position.
