Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. In this people‑first role, you will support daily operations through strong customer service, clear communication, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and an agile approach to every shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat & Sun: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report security‑related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution location, including parking areas, loading and unloading zones, trailer yards, and perimeter access points. Monitor entrances, gates, and/or shipping and receiving areas to help deter unauthorized access, support traffic flow, and observe activity related to deliveries and departures. Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant updates with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
