Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic government airport location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and support access-related activity with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.08 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Thur 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking locations, roadways, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, restricted areas, and public‑facing spaces while assisting with access control, visitor direction, and/or crowd management during routine operations and special events. Document daily activities, incidents, and unusual observations in required reports, and communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
