Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; preference for a Master's in Taxation.
- CPA license required (consideration for active pursuit).
- Over 5 years of tax experience in public accounting, ideally in a small or regional firm.
- Skilled in serving clients from varied industries like manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, and more.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
