Canada Dry Potomac Corporation, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Driver to join our Richmond team. If you're a safety-focused CDL driver with leadership experience and a passion for customer service, this is your opportunity to grow with an industry leader.
What You'll Do:
Safely deliver beverage products to customer locations.
Train and mentor new delivery drivers.
Support high-volume routes and daily delivery operations.
Build strong customer relationships and resolve delivery issues.
Complete delivery paperwork and DOT documentation.
Perform vehicle inspections and follow all safety regulations.
What You'll Bring:
CDL Class A with Air Brake endorsement.
2+ years of delivery or transportation experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to lift and move beverage products.
