We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator who is organized, personable, self-initiating, and passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, sharing ideas, and helping build better systems and processes—not simply following a checklist.

You will be an important point of contact for clients and prospective clients, helping coordinate appointments, communications, and administrative processes while ensuring that every interaction with the firm is professional, responsive, and welcoming.

Work Arrangement & Schedule

• This hybrid position includes an initial period of increased on-site collaboration
• Required availability during regular business hours
• Most client appointments are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Occasional evening or weekend appointments may be required
• Starting compensation: $25/hour , with the potential for a higher rate based on experience

What You'll Do

• Serve as a professional, welcoming, and responsive point of contact for clients and prospective clients
• Coordinate client appointments and ensure clients receive timely information and follow-up
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, attorneys, and team members
• Help create a smooth, positive, and memorable client experience
• Keep client information, schedules, communications, and administrative details highly organized
• Become comfortable with and effectively use the firm's technology stack and systems
• Help build, improve, and document processes and workflows as the firm grows
• Bring ideas to the table and look for ways to make things work better
• Take ownership of projects and responsibilities without waiting to be told what to do
• Support the team and contribute to a collaborative working environment
• Help develop collaborative working practices that make communication and teamwork more effective
• Support the firm's social media activities and online presence
• Identify problems and proactively develop creative, practical solutions
• Adapt quickly as priorities, processes, and client needs evolve

What We're Looking For

• Law Firm Experience – Highly Preferred
• Previous experience working in a law firm is strongly preferred, particularly in a client-facing, administrative, legal support, intake, or client services role.
• Highly Organized
• You naturally keep track of details, deadlines, appointments, follow-ups, and competing priorities.
• Self-Initiating
• You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done. You see what needs attention, take ownership, and follow through.
• Excellent Communication & People Skills
• You are confident communicating both verbally and in writing and can interact professionally, warmly, and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
• Tech Comfortable
• You are comfortable learning and using technology and are willing to become proficient with the firm's existing tech stack. You don't need to know every system on day one, but you should enjoy learning new tools and figuring things out.
• Builder Mentality
• You are willing to help build something , not just maintain something that already exists. You enjoy improving workflows, developing processes, sharing ideas, and finding better ways to serve clients and support the team.
• Collaborative & Supportive
• You are a team player who enjoys supporting others, sharing knowledge, communicating openly, and building collaborative working practices.
• Comfortable with Social Media
• You are familiar with social media platforms and comfortable supporting the firm's professional online presence.
• Adaptable & Curious
• You approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, are comfortable with change, and are willing to learn and grow with the firm.
