To deliver on Prime’s commitment, Amazon partners with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), which are independent businesses managing teams of drivers and operating from Amazon delivery stations. As a Prime Delivery Partner, you will be employed by a DSP while representing the Amazon brand, ensuring packages reach customers accurately and on time. Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will safely operate a delivery vehicle and manage the distribution of packages to residences, businesses, and apartment complexes. You will work independently while supporting your team and providing exceptional customer service. Drive delivery vehicles, typically cargo vans, to transport Amazon packages. Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 lbs safely. Follow GPS directions and navigation provided through the Amazon mobile app. Deliver 150–300 packages per day, depending on route and area. Provide courteous, professional service during customer interactions. Scan, handle, and deliver packages accurately within assigned schedules. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the delivery vehicle. Meet daily delivery goals for speed and accuracy while working independently. Assist team members with additional deliveries or relay tasks as needed. Required Skills and Experience Must be at least 21 years old. Valid U.S. driver’s license (Class D; CDL not required). Authorization to work in the United States. Ability to safely operate a delivery van. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs. Comfortable entering and exiting vehicles and climbing stairs during shifts.
