Marketing Coordinator

We’re hiring: Marketing Coordinator | Lancaster, PA (On-site)

Do you love seeing a project go from idea to finished piece and keeping all the details straight along the way? Rhoads Energy is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Lancaster headquarters.

In this full-time role, you’ll work alongside our Marketing Manager and with departments across the company to turn our marketing strategy into real, polished work. No two weeks look the same, and you’ll touch nearly everything we put in front of customers!

What you’ll do

• Keep our company websites fresh and accurate with copy updates, page refreshes, and fixes
• Create monthly statement inserts, digital assets, flyers, and seasonal campaign materials
• Build and send email newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage the content calendar and shared asset library
• Track campaign timelines and approvals so projects stay on schedule
• Pull together performance reports across web, social, email, and SEO
• Act as the day-to-day contact for vendors on active projects

What you bring

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or 2+ years of comparable experience
• Working knowledge of social media, email marketing, and basic SEO
• Comfort with WordPress (or a similar CMS) and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• A sharp eye for detail and brand consistency
• Clear, confident writing and communication

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Quarterly regional travel

Laptop and company phone provided
