Mach96 is an independent annuity and life IMO. We move fast, are service-first, and are building AI platforms unique to the market. We're growing our distribution team and looking for a carrier- or IMO-trained wholesaler that is driven and ready to run.

Role Description

Wholesaling annuities to:

• Independent broker-dealer reps
• Independent advisors (RIA channel)
• Financial professionals (insurance only)

This role is responsible for building relationships with financial professionals, presenting annuity solutions, and supporting advisors with case design and product selection. You'll run financial professional meetings face-to-face and screen-to-screen. You'll be in their offices, at lunches, and in case-design conversations. Boots on the ground where it counts, technology-leveraged everywhere else.

This is a build, not a maintenance route. Travel will be a part of this position, though technology has greatly reduced the necessity.

What you'll be talking about:

Our proprietary AI advisor tools, best practices, our top products with our 50+ carriers - MYGAs, FIAs for accumulation and income, & our growing hybrid annuity LTC lineup.

Who you are

You've wholesaled annuities at a major insurance carrier or an IMO, and you're one of these:

• An internal wholesaler ready for your shot to get in the field and build your own book
• A current external looking to expand your product lineup and gain the entrepreneurial room to grow
• A wholesaler at another IMO who wants a faster-paced, founder-led firm - where the founder still sells - and you can actually move.

Location: We're hiring on talent. Tell us where you're based and the territory you know - we'll build the seat around the right person. If you live near Twin Cities Metro, role will be hybrid.

Compensation:

• Base + Commission (target 100k-300k+)
