Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Join HMD as an OTR solo CDL-A driver operating dry van freight from Noblesville, IN to destinations nationwide. You’ll handle long-haul assignments, ensure cargo integrity, and work with dispatch to maintain on‑time performance while following federal and company safety protocols.

What you’ll do:

• Drive late-model dry van tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters for extended runs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and secure freight to standards.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers and maintenance teams.
