Regional Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fishers, IN by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Run regional solo dry‑van routes across the Midwest with operations tied to Chicago and nearby terminals. HMD focuses on reliable home‑weekly schedules and straightforward mileage pay.

Your duties:

• Safely drive company dry‑van tractors on regional lanes, handling pickups, drops, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, accurate trip documentation, and perform standard pre/post‑trip inspections.
• Protect freight and present a professional image at shipper and consignee locations.

Compensation & advantages:

• $0.70 cents per mile for all miles driven and a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
