This hands-on culinary leader is responsible for team management, menu execution, food quality, resident experience, labor and food cost control, inventory, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities* Lead and supervise culinary team members, including staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development.* Manage daily culinary operations, production, service execution, menus, recipes, purchasing, and inventory.* Develop and monitor labor utilization, food costs, operating budgets, productivity, waste reduction, and financial performance.* Create exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food, personalized service, resident engagement, and brand standards.* Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, allergen management, therapeutic diets, and regulatory requirements.* Partner with Front of House and community leadership to resolve service issues and continuously improve the resident experience.* Maintain inspection-ready kitchens and accurate production, temperature, inventory, training, and audit documentation.* Support events, special dining experiences, and culinary programming.Qualifications* Culinary degree, apprenticeship, certification, or equivalent progressive culinary leadership experience preferred.* Current ServSafe Manager or equivalent food protection certification required.* Experience managing labor, food costs, budgets, inventory, scheduling, and team performance.* Strong knowledge of menu development, food production, purchasing, food safety, and culinary operations.* Fine dining, luxury hotel, resort, Michelin-recognized restaurant, or high-end club experience preferred.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.**Chef de Cuisine | Culinary Leadership | Fine Dining & Luxury Hospitality** # **Pay Range:**61,152.00 - 76,544.00*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
