HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 243 – Toledo, OH 43613 Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturdays and Sundays (flexible Friday options may be available). Pay: $17.50 per hour. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products and services to customers at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores. Engage customers, build rapport, and create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Provide sales results and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable. Accurately document and report sales and submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Contribute to team effort and attain personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proven problem‑solving skills and impeccable integrity. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Preferred: tech‑savvy enthusiasm, outgoing personality and comfort engaging customers with demonstrations; experience in electronics, tech or wireless retail; training or product demonstration experience.
