You won't just review contracts – you'll take them from first draft to final signature. You'll advise teams, shape policies, and help the business move forward with confidence. If you enjoy being close to decision-making and having a visible impact, this is that kind of role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate contracts in order to enable the business to move quickly while managing risk
• Advise teams on various regulatory matters in order to ensure compliant product and business decisions
• Deliver legal opinions and guidance in order to support internal stakeholders across functions
• Draft policies and procedures in order to strengthen internal governance
• Run internal trainings in order to increase legal awareness across the company
• Identify gaps in processes in order to improve how the Legal function operates

Requirements:

• You've built at least 5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer
• You've passed the bar exam and are confident operating independently
• You've worked in a law firm or in-house environment where you handled contracts and business-facing legal work
• You're familiar with data privacy legislation and understand how it applies in real-world business scenarios
• You're comfortable owning tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision
• You're curious, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity

• You've worked in tech, fintech, or crypto environments
• You bring deeper expertise in intellectual property or data privacy
