If the chapters of your life story include caring for others and a dedicated work ethic, then we need you! Job Description Schedule: Monday-Friday and some weekends as needed. Nothing gets past you – you see the fingerprints and the dust bunnies. You are hard-working, detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and efficient. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the community housekeeping programs to ensure that areas of the community are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner for our residents and guests. Develop schedules for the housekeeping team Communicate cleaning schedule changes to the residents and/or family members Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies ensuring the safety of the community Coordinate cleaning of rent ready and move in ready apartments Train new and existing staff in community and state required policies and procedures Responsible for hiring and supervising the housekeeping team Qualifications To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills: A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent 3 years of housekeeping experience required 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services Additional Information If you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
