Regional Sales Manager - French Speaking Gilcroft Global is partnering with an innovative life sciences organisation supporting the global research community through advanced scientific services and technologies. Location: Switzerland, Belgium or Austria. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic regional plan to drive new business and long‑term revenue growth. Build new customer relationships whilst increasing engagement across existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support long‑term account success. Represent the organisation at scientific conferences, research events, and industry meetings across Europe. What We’re Looking For 5‑10 years’ experience within Life Sciences, Laboratory Services, Laboratory Animal Science, Genomics, or a related scientific field. Proven success driving revenue growth through consultative, solution‑led sales. Experience managing a multi‑country European territory and building go‑to‑market strategies. Fluent French and English , with the ability to travel extensively across Europe.
