Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive individual, preferably with a graphic design background, who is passionate about marketing regional cheese specialties, dairy products, our events, and our cheese shops. Together, we want to take the company and product awareness to the next level. This includes further developing our brand.natürli» and our corporate design as well as the complete in-house implementation (print & online). We are looking for a new employee at our main location in Saland, starting on September 1, 2026, or by agreement. You are responsible for marketing our products, our events and our cheese huts, including budget planning and reporting of all marketing activities. You will further build our brand awareness in and around the Zurich region and develop our brand.natürli» and our corporate design further You will independently and efficiently implement all our digital and analog marketing measures, including managing our website, social media channels, and all print products. You are the first point of contact for all marketing matters for our producers and resellers and promote cooperation through appropriate measures. You will take on administrative tasks in the area of shareholder management and support the digitization of processes. Your profile: You are an independent, resourceful and committed individual who not only thinks strategically, but also takes action and implements your ideas. You have already gained several years of experience in marketing for SMEs, including in the promotion of events. You are proficient in common graphic design and marketing tools such as the Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc., and can implement designs according to corporate design guidelines in no time. You write gripping backstories about natürli in (Zurich) German. It's advantageous if you also speak Zurich German, as we are regionally rooted. You have a keen eye for design and skillfully capture our products, producers, customers, and employees in front of the camera (video and photos), and if you like being in the spotlight yourself, you can act as an internal "influencer".
