Manufacturing Training Manager

Agropur, a leading North American dairy cooperative, is seeking a Production Training Manager to build workforce capability in our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will design, deliver, and maintain plant-wide training programs focused on safety, quality, GMPs, and efficient production practices. You will develop SOPs and training materials, coordinate onboarding and skills certification, and partner with plant leaders to support continuous improvement.
