Who We're Looking For We’re seeking a highly disciplined and proactive protector with a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response. You are detail‑oriented, tactically aware, and capable of maintaining a secure perimeter while delivering exceptional service. You understand the nuances of residential environments and can adapt to dynamic family routines and estate operations. Locations Los Angeles and surrounding areas Your Mission Perimeter Security & Access Control: Monitor and secure property boundaries, gates, and entry points. Vet and manage access for visitors, contractors, and deliveries. Surveillance & Monitoring: Operate and monitor residential security systems including CCTV, motion sensors, and alarm systems. Emergency Response: Act as first responder to medical emergencies, intrusions, fire alarms, and other incidents within the residence. Routine Patrols & Area Sweeps: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols of the property, ensuring all zones are secure and free of threats. Family & Staff Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with household members and staff. Understand and respect privacy and family dynamics. Incident Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity. Coordination with Protective Details: Support mobile executive protection teams during arrivals/departures and coordinate with estate management for seamless operations. Protocol Enforcement: Uphold household security protocols, including rules around photography, guest access, and restricted areas. Experience & What You Bring Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response. Familiarity with estate operations and high‑net‑worth residential environments.
