Accounting Assistant

What will you be doing?

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with general ledger entries and month-end close processes
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Maintain vendor records and support financial reporting

What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude
2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
