Practice Info * Community health setting with quality improvement focus * New CMO implementing exciting practice changes Responsibilities * Lead practice transformation and medical home model implementation * Supervise and evaluate primary care providers and specialists Compensation * Annual salary ranges from $275,000 to $342,000 * Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay Shift & Schedule * Monday - Friday schedule with one late evening and one Saturday * 24 clinical hours and 16 administrative hours weekly Requirements * Board-certified or board-eligible required * DEA license required
