This hybrid contract position requires you to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions to support strategic objectives. Proficiency in generic technology tools and methodologies is essential.DescriptionAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Analyze and document business processes and requirements.Recommend solutions for operational improvements.Translate business needs into functional specifications.Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems.Facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare reports and documentation for decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.Analyze current business processes to identify improvement areas.Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.Support testing, training, and deployment of new systems or enhancements.Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams.QualificationsExperience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.Proficiency in tools such as spreadsheets, diagramming, and project management software.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Business Analyst certification is a plus.Core TechnologiesExcel | Visio | JIRA | Tableau
