This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individual looking to assist in our growing retail operation.

Deli Clerks are responsible for making sure the Deli section of the store is well stocked and orderly in appearance; with a focus on food safety and food presentation. Clerks are called upon for food service (including catering), food prep, stocking, order taking, order fulfillment, as well as any and all duties as assigned by a member of management. Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business.

Education:

High School or equivalent

Experience & Skills:

• Previous Deli experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Good communication skills and good personal grooming habits.

Requirements:

• Availability: All positions require open availability and no special accommodations can be made or guaranteed. Clerk schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position is variable, which means changing schedules are a requirement of this job.
• Physical requirements include standing up to 8 hours during a shift and able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, stoop, and climbing a ladder is required on occasion. Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
