Escrow Closing Assistant - Bilingual

Escrow Closing Assistant (On‑Site) Co‑assist with reviewing commitments, ordering estoppel certificates, pay‑offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements while ensuring homebuyers are satisfied and supporting marketing efforts to attract and retain clients. Responsibilities Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions independently from contract execution to closing. Identify and resolve potential closing issues promptly and professionally. Prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks. Perform assigned clerical duties. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Maintain log books. Administer printer, copier, and other office equipment, including maintenance. Handle mailing, postage, and distribution of mail. Maintain a professional, organized office lobby and courteously welcome all guests. Answer and assist incoming telephone callers with polished telephone etiquette. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Reception and/or customer service training preferred. Microsoft Office experience required. Ability to work at least eight hours per day in a construction trailer environment and move up to 50 pounds. Capability to read plans, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, reach, and lift. Finger dexterity for computer use. Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during regular work hours. Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements Essential functions include working more than eight hours per day in confined construction trailer spaces, occasional operation of construction equipment, and maintaining an organized office environment.
