Hourly Production Operator

Grow with us in our Battle Creek, MI plant. We are looking for team players with a can-do attitude. In this role, attention to detail and strong communication skills are key as you help prepare some of the world's favorite products for shipment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and be part of a value-driven, winning culture.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Safely operate and maintain processing, packaging, or warehouse equipment (including forklifts/transporters).

• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, sanitation, and housekeeping duties.

• Execute Autonomous Maintenance tasks and assist with troubleshooting.

• Document activities using manual or system-based processes and communicate effectively.

• Follow safety, GMP, quality, and food safety standards.

• Adapt to changing tasks and priorities and help train fellow operators using a Train-the-Trainer model.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years' experience in fast-paced, hands-on environments (manufacturing, assembly line, warehousing, construction, or field operations).

• Familiarity with safety protocols, SOPs, and equipment operation.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Comfortable with shift-based schedules and physically active roles.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.

• Proven ability to work effectively in team settings to meet production or operational goals.

Hourly Rate: $27.92/ hour
