Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Schedule: Day 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), every other weekend coverage required.

Assignment Details: Float required to sister units as needed.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience required
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC experience required
• Local candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• First-time travelers are accepted

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to assigned patients
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and medications
• Document patient care and responses in the electronic medical record
