Finance Manager

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing, International company in the Raleigh area. This role will partner closely with both operations and manufacturing leadership to help drive performance across multiple sites. This role blends FP&A, operations finance and cost analysis. Responsibilities Partner with plant and operations leadership to improve cost structure, efficiency, and overall financial performance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations Analyze key performance drivers including labor, materials, and overhead Support inventory, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives Provide financial insights and recommendations to guide operational decision-making Assist with capital planning, investment analysis, and ROI evaluations Contribute to month-end close and performance reporting Drive process improvements and support a continuous improvement mindset across the business Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with exposure to a manufacturing or operational environment Strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
