Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.
