Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Roseville, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Setting: In Person

Compensation: $48.00 – $58.00 per hour

Position Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to build your career while working in a supportive, collaborative outpatient environment?

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehabilitation team in Roseville, California . This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic patient population, provide individualized care, and make a meaningful difference in patients' recovery and quality of life.

You'll work alongside a supportive team while utilizing your clinical skills to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Document patient care and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented clinical staff
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the rehabilitation process

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy ( DPT ) degree required
• Active California Physical Therapist license , or eligibility for California licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Opportunity
