Actalent is partnering with a respected behavioral health and community services organization in Hartford, CT to hire a Clinician II. What You'll Do

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Complete behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and support services
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, community agencies, and support programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
• Assist clients with accessing medical, behavioral health, housing, and social service resources
• Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical discussions
• Support clients through recovery, stabilization, and goal achievement

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Connecticut licensure as one of the following: LMSW, LPC or LPCA, LMFT, LADC
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with mental health, substance use, homelessness, or related populations
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and community-based behavioral health programs
• Familiarity with community resources throughout the Hartford area

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
