Job Description Job Description Bilingual Cashier / Hostess / Waitress Suerte Kitchen & Cafe is looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic Cashier / Hostess / Waitress to join our team in Hacienda Heights. This is a front-of-house role for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great service, and being part of a fast-paced café environment. Position Overview This role combines cashier duties, hosting guests, table service, and light barista responsibilities. You will be one of the main faces of Suerte, so professionalism, presentation, and attitude are essential. Requirements • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) • Previous experience as a waitress/server preferred • Barista experience or coffee-making experience preferred • Professional appearance and strong personal presentation • Excellent attitude, friendly personality, and strong customer service skills • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented • Must be available to work weekends Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and manage seating • Take orders accurately and handle cashier transactions • Provide attentive table service and ensure guest satisfaction • Prepare or assist with coffee and beverage orders • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas • Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members Location: Hacienda Heights, CA Schedule: Includes weekends If you’re bilingual, personable, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
