$70K-$75K Base Salary

What You'll Do

Manage all hotel operations
Lead a team of ~20 employees
Drive guest satisfaction and profitability
Oversee budgets and revenue management
Maintain Marriott brand standards
Develop and mentor staff
Support property improvements and community relationships

What We're Looking For

5+ years hotel management experience
Marriott background required
Select-service hotel experience required
Courtyard experience preferred
FOSSE experience required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Hands-on management style
